The Physics Lab is a large classroom in the southwestern corner of the Basement in which primarily physics classes- but also some chemistry classes- are taught.  Students sit in the front of the classroom, while lab tables occupy the back, just as in the Chemistry Lab and the Biology Lab.  However, independent study classes are held in the back of the physics lab; these have included physics AP C, astronomy, and electronics.  The astronomy and electronics courses are not currently offered (in the 2009-2010 school year).  Independent study classes are held while another class is in the front of the room.  Mr. Navarra, who taught physics at Mon Don from 1990 to 2012, walked to the back of the room several times to talk to an independent study class if it was in session that period.
